Rock Werchter - July 2-5

Rock Werchter is an annual international music festival near Leuven that takes place from July 2 to July 5.

Artists range from The Cure, David Byrne, Gorillaz and Halsey to FKA Twigs, Kneecap, Prodigy and Pixies.

Many festivalgoers stay in Leuven, which is why Leuven provides festival busses. Around these dates, Leuven in general and Leuven station in particular will therefore be a busy place. Many hotels also offer rooms to festivalgoers, making it more difficult to find a hotel room on those dates and therefore prices are also higher on those dates. So if you consider arriving in Leuven the week(end) prior to the conference, it is advised to take this into account.

Visit the Rock Werchter website

If you want to arrive earlier than the conference and cannot find a hotel in Leuven, you could for example consider to spend the nights of that weekend in Brussels. Brussels is the capital of Belgium and is maximum 25 minutes by train from Leuven. For more information about what to do and where to stay in Brussels:  Visit Brussels
